Each vent includes a paper template measuring approximately 9 inches wide by 14 inches tall.

Tape the template in place and mark the cut lines. Mark the outer corrugations first, then the inner corrugations.

3. Cut the Opening

Carefully cut along the marked lines to create the opening. Take your time to ensure clean edges and accurate sizing.

4. Test Fit

Place the vent into the opening to confirm proper fit. The flange should sit securely against the outside corrugations.

5. Drill Mounting Holes

Drill holes through the vent flange and container for rivets or self-tapping screws.

6. Secure the Vent

Attach the vent using rivets or screws, ensuring it sits tight against the corrugated surface.

7. Seal for Waterproofing

Apply a bead of silicone along the top and bottom edges of the flange. You can also seal the sides and rivet heads for additional protection.
